Before you ask
Do we need insurance?
Yes, a certificate of currency showing public liability cover of $20M is required for all commercial shoots. For small content days and personal shoots, ask us; requirements are lighter.
Can we move furniture and bring in styling?
Yes, by arrangement. Tell us in the brief what you plan to move or bring in, and we'll confirm what's possible at that property, and everything is reinstated by wrap.
Can cast and crew stay overnight?
Yes. This is what makes ARC different. Every location is also a luxury short-stay property, so productions can stay where they shoot, or across our nearby homes for larger crews. Ask for a combined location + accommodation quote.
Can we fly a drone?
At selected properties, yes, subject to CASA regulations and National Parks boundaries, which sit close to several of our homes. Flag drone work in your brief and we'll confirm what's possible.
How far are the properties from Sydney?
Around 90 minutes' drive from the Sydney CBD, across Leura, Katoomba, Wentworth Falls, Blackheath and Mount Victoria, with multiple lookouts, gardens and village streetscapes minutes from each property.
